1. How do I find and reserve a hotel with HahaTravel.Com?
Making a hotel reservation, simply follow the city links to find your favorite hotel and choose the room type you prefer, then click the online reservation button, fill out a form properly, and submit it. Your request will be instantly forwarded by e-mail to our office based in Beijing. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. How do I make a reservation by phone call?
Reserve by telephone: Call (86)-10-85819432. We provide hotels booking service and tours accross China.
3. What's the best date for me to contact HahaTravel.Com and ask for hotel booking service?
Please make the reservation 1 or 2 days in advance during off-season and more than 2 days in advance during peak season.
4. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We'll send you a confirmation e-mail after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include your complete itinerary, along with the price. Please make sure you give us your correct email address. If we cannot contact you by email, we will contact you by other ways you have provided.
5. Why should I provide credit card guarantee?
In some cases, especially in tourism peak season or during conferences, the hotel needs to reduce the chances of a “No-Show”, and the hotel therefore needs a guarantee that guests will turn up after making a reservation.
6. In what situations should I provide credit card to secure reservation?
- In peak season
- During important conferences
- Booking for four or more rooms at one time.
- If the guest cannot arrive at the hotel before the hotel's deadline for holding the room for the guest
7. What credit cards do HahaTravel.Com or hotels currently accept for credit card guarantee?
These credit cards can be used when booking online or by phone: Foreign credit card: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS CLUB(Please note that is currently not possible for payment to be made using a foreign credit card. We are sorry for this inconvenience.)
8. What if i have to modify my order after the deadline?
We are very sorry hahatravel.com does not modify any order that exceeds the deadline of modification or cancellation. If you need to book more rooms or change your schedule, please make a new order or phone hahatravel.com
9. Is my credit card information secure?
HahaTravel.Com will make every effort to keep all your personal information as well as your credit card information.
your card information is strictly kept confidential and won't use for other purpose without your permission.
10. Can i make a reservation directly through the hotel?
The rates listed on HahaTravel.Com website are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged an average of 10% to 50% more.
11. What does it cost to use HahaTravel.Com hotel booking service?
There is NO booking fee to use HahaTravel.Com for reserving hotels and, in fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our discount rates.
12. How to check-in to the hotel?
When your China hotel reservations are confimed, we will supply you the following:
A. Guest's passport name
B. Arrival and departure date
C. Whether breakfast (Chinese or western) is included
D. Confirmation number (Some of the hotels doesn’t have the confirmation number)When you arrive to the hotel at the agreed arrival date, you just need to present your passport and mention that you've made the reservation. The hotel receptionist, anticipating your arrival, will warmly provide you with the key to your room.
13. How to make payment ?
The hotel room rate can be settled directly to the hotel upon you check-in. You can pay them either by credit card or cash. Firstly make a deposit at the front desk when you check in and they will balance it when you check out, don’t forget to get invoice from them if you want to exclaim the expense from your company. Occasionally, during the Canton Fair period, we will ask you to deposit one night room rate or total room rates to secure your reservation. When you check out, you just pay the rest of room rates.
14. What is the hotel policy for children?
Most hotels adopt the policy of allowing children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years old. Some hotels will limit occupants of a room to two adults and one child only. Only a few hotels will have an existing bedding for two adults and two children in a room so an extra bed is usually required. Some hotels will, unfortunately, charge for this extra bed
 
15. Should i make deposit for tour arrangement?
HahaTravel.Com accepts payment by cash upon arrival. you need to make pre-payment only if the tour tickets need to be paid ahead of your arrival.
